From brief to shelf, without the guesswork.

A formula that is genuinely yours. We develop, sample and scale bespoke products with you, and tell you straight when a ready made base would serve you better.

The process

Five steps, no mystery.

Brief

What it is, who it is for, how it should feel and smell, and the price it needs to hit.

Formulate

We develop the formula with our chemists, built around ingredients we can actually source.

Sample

Rounds of samples until it is right. You sign off on the exact product your customers will hold.

Lock it in

Stability and compatibility work, documentation, components ordered, run scheduled.

Production

Batched, filled, labelled and packed in Burleigh Heads. Reorders are the easy part.

Development backed by a working factory.

  • Formulation support from people who batch every day, not a consultancy that emails a PDF.
  • In house stability testing plus third party microbiological and preservative efficacy testing.
  • Documentation done properly. SDS, COA, IFRA certificates where applicable, batch records and retention samples.
  • Scale built in. The formula we develop at sample size is the one we run at 10,000 units a day.

Custom or white label? Honest answer.

Custom is the right call for some brands and the wrong first move for others. Here is how we actually advise it.

Custom wins when

  • The formula is the point of difference, not just the brand
  • You need specific actives, textures or claims a base cannot carry
  • You have the runway for development, sampling and testing time
  • You want a formula story that is exclusively yours

White label wins when

  • Speed to market matters more than a bespoke formula
  • You are proving demand before investing in development
  • Your customers buy the scent and the brand, not the ingredient list
  • You want the lowest workable minimums first time out
Real talk

Custom takes longer and costs more up front. If a ready made base gets you to market faster with the same customer outcome, we will say so on the first call. Plenty of brands start white label and go custom at reorder ten.
